By way of this Agreement, Luxurious Limo LLC agrees to provide limousine transportation for the above-mentioned event on said date and time. The customer agrees to pay Luxurious Limo, LLC for limousine transportation inclusive of a 20% gratuity for the driver. Upon the return of this signed Agreement the customer agrees to forward a deposit of $100.00 to Luxurious Limo LLC. Deposits are only refundable up to two weeks prior to the scheduled date. The remaining balance (including the 20% gratuity), must be paid-in-full one week prior to the scheduled date. Due to demand, all prom contracts are final and no deposits will be returned.

I understand that entering my name herein above creates a binding electronic signature. As such, I acknowledge and agree that I have entered into a legally binding contract and agree to pay such total subject to and in accordance with the agreement governing the use of my credit card. I authorized Luxurious Limo LLC to accept and process my charge card to cover my obligation to all the terms of this contract.
